Small Group Trainings - 8 Sessions Per Month
THIS OPTION IS FOR 8 TOTAL SESSIONS FOR ONE MONTH.
Small group trainings include 30 minutes of instructor-led trainings in a group setting. Trainings will include two resistance days and two cardio/conditioning days. Along with the training sessions, individuals will receive initial body composition metrics evaluation, a monthly re-evaluation, dietary & daily caloric intake suggestions, and access to a group chat for motivation.
Sessions are available Monday through Thursday at three different times and on select Saturday mornings. A link to sign up for sessions will be sent to you after you register.
